Shipping to EU countries outside of Germany

Due to increased costs, we have to charge a shipping fee of 10 euros for customers outside of Germany in EU countries. We appreciate your understanding.

Your return conditions for EU countries outside Germany:

  1. Returns are always at your own expense:
  • If you are not satisfied with or if the product does not fit for various reasons, please return it at your own expense.
  • In case of a defect in the device, the return shipping costs will be refunded after internal examination. Please send us the receipt for the return shipping costs by email to info@lived-non-food.de.
  1. After the expiration of the statutory 2-year warranty period, the warranty for the device expires, and no shipping costs will be refunded.
  • If your device has an additional manufacturer's warranty of 5 or 10 years, the new replacement device will be exchanged upon receipt of the defective device. Please note that you need to provide proof of purchase.
